This New Construction consists of (452) Apartments Units within (2) 5-Story Podium Buildings. Each building has a (1) Level Ground Floor Parking Garage as well as Amenity and Leasing Spaces.

The project included Construction of (244) Apartment Units within (1) 5-Story, Podium Building including Amenity and Leasing Spaces. The building also included a (1) Level Ground Floor Parking Garage.

MacCo has been selected to provide Design/Build Engineering (in collaboration with AVID Engineers) for Plumbing, Gas Fitting & HVAC services for “Oasis at Plainville”.
