Summer Completion for MacCo and Callahan, Inc.
A summer completion for Callahan Construction Managers’ Deco Apartment Units located in Quincy, MA. The newly constructed 5-Story, Podium Building includes 180 Apartments with Amenity and Leasing Spaces, along with a 1-Level Ground Floor Parking Garage. MacCo completed all Plumbing, Gas Fitting and HVAC services for the building.
One North of Boston – Now Complete
Now complete, MacCo provided Plumbing and Gas Fitting Services for Callahan Construction Managers at One North of Boston located in Chelsea, MA. This New Construction consists of (452) Apartments Units within (2) 5-Story Podium Buildings. Each building has a (1) Level Ground Floor Parking Garage as well as Amenity and Leasing Spaces.
Fuse Cambridge reaches Completion
Another successful project with Callahan Construction Managers is complete! MacCo provided Plumbing and Gas Fitting Services for FUSE Cambridge, located in Cambridge, MA. The project included Construction of (244) Apartment Units within (1) 5-Story, Podium Building including Amenity and Leasing Spaces. The building also included a (1) Level Ground Floor Parking Garage.
Oasis at Plainville
Looking forward to another project with Pilot Construction, Inc. MacCo has been selected to provide Design/Build Engineering (in collaboration with AVID Engineers) for Plumbing, Gas Fitting & HVAC services for “Oasis at Plainville”. The project will be New Construction of 248 Apartments over 11 Buildings with separate Clubhouse and Maintenance Buildings.
