These Mitsubishi City Multi systems are being installed by our crew in Cambridge, MA.Our Project Manager, Chris gave us some helpful insight into the HVAC installation on the project:
“These systems, as well as systems throughout the whole building, are being installed under a ‘Passive House’ building code. This involves strict guidelines on duct leakage and building insulation, as well as fresh-air intake into the HVAC systems, because the building envelope is built to such a firm standard that air penetration to the living space is nearly impossible.”
